If there's no screen, how do I see my data? In the LIFEHACKR® App. The Thrive Band records continuously and syncs over Bluetooth whenever your phone is within range. You get the full picture — trends, recovery, sleep — without a screen on your wrist pulling at your attention all day.
How long does the battery last? Up to 10 days on a single charge, depending on use. A full charge takes around two hours.
Can I wear it in the shower or while swimming? Thrive Band is IP68 water-resistant — sweat, rain and showers are fine. You can take it for a swim, but it isn't designed for swimming or diving.
Does it fit me? One size, micro-adjustable from 130 to 210 mm, so it fits almost every wrist — snug enough for accurate readings, loose enough to forget.
Can I sleep with it on? That's the point. It's light, has no screen to light up and tracks your sleep every night. In the morning, a vibration alarm wakes you — and only you.
Does the Thrive Band work with Thrive Challenges? Yes, it's the officially approved band. Sleep, activity and recovery Markers in a Thrive Challenge are verified only by trusted devices, so Thrive Band readings count. Thrive Challenges arrive February 2027.
How accurate is it? Thrive Band uses optical (PPG) heart rate sensing and a 3-axis accelerometer with gyroscope — the same sensor types used in leading wearables. Wear it snug, one finger-width above the wrist bone, for the most consistent readings. The Thrive Band is a wellness device, not a medical device.
Will my data stay private? Yes. Your measurements are protected by GDPR and securely stored on servers in Europe. You decide what to share.
